Aagar batein Gav: it's an idiom which is used to point out anything or any being of which, the owner doesn't take any care and the said thing/just roams around (from one hand to another or on it's own legs, if it's an animal) and is utilised by everyone ( if it's an animal like cow, then people milk her and in exchange feed her)
Origin: It's said that a person namely Aagar Bhat had a Cow and he never took care of her and neither fed her properly, she used to roam here and there in the village and people feeling pity on her conditions used to feed her and in exchange take the milk. So the idiom was devised Agar Batein Gav.
Eg: Emsind ghadi che gamich Agar batein Gav.
i.e: everybody uses his car like if it's agar batein
gav

This is an idiom that refers to a thing/subject which is ignored often presuming it is responsibility of someone else’s.
